Holding class signs in auditorium (Students to be settled down by 7.30 am)
- Sec 1 class signs will be help by councilors attached to that class for all orientation days

This is how it'll go.
* EVERYONE MUST READ AND BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS!
Right after morning meeting, Councillors who are supposed to usher sec 1s to their classes will go to their stations. Direct them to where their classes are. Eg. E/F block Level__
If they are unsure of their class, especially for those under music elective, there is a board at the foyer and outside the hall with the updated class lists.

By 7.20 am, stop ALL students (not only sec 1s) from going to their classrooms, ask them to go straight to the auditorium.

Councillors on duty to rush students, please be stationed by 7.10 am.

Councillors supposed to hold class signs, be in the hall, at your positions by 7.10 am.
Make sure the class signs are visible, so that the students do not get confused. You guys are very important as we want the students to settle down ASAP.

For councillors attached to a sec 1 class, please appoint someone to hold the class signs. This person has to come down earlier than the class to hold up the sign so that the class is not lost when they come into the hall.
When there is already someone seated, get that person to hold the signs, and councillor will go and help settle the students down. Go to the back as it is usually the most chaotic side.
Councillors holding class signs, when assembly ends, you have to lead the classes back to their classrooms. So, please ensure that you are VERY VERY VERY VERY EXTREMELY CLEAR of your routes and when you are supposed to move (after 2C2 etc). Please do not mess up ok? We want to do this in a very fast AND organised manner.
